Summary Experience:
Ivan has over 10 years of experience in audit, accounting experience and IFRS reporting. He was involved in a wide range of assignments including engagements related to audit and reporting of large Ukrainian industry groups, listed companies, Ukrainian subsidiaries of Global firms and local companies, including companies listed on WSE, and also was leading engagements related to first time adoption of IFRS in terms of EBRD projects. Ivan has extensive audit experience of audit engagements, and significant experience in transfer pricing for clients, from medium to large companies, operating in a broad range of sectors with a focus on Production, Retail and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Real Estate, Agriculture and other. The portfolio of engagements include audit assignments, transfer pricing, implementation of internal controls, implementation of management accounting based on IFRS, etc. Ivan also poses significant experience in transfer pricing. He also has provided numerous IFRS related trainings to audit staff and clients.
